Weekly Rundown - 11/26 - 11/30

Monday:  Winter Maps Testing for Math.  I met with 3, 4, and 7th periods.  We went over chp. 21-23 test, worked on whistles on clay instruments, assigned vocabulary page for chp. 5-6 and back side.  Had kids make up ear sheet and circle sheet if they didn't turn it in.

Label the Ear - Assignment that was due before Thanksgiving break.

Tuesday: Winter Maps Testing for Reading.  I met with 5, 6, and 7th periods.  We went over chp. 21-23 test, worked on whistles on clay instruments, assigned vocabulary page for chp. 5-6 and back side.  Had kids make up ear sheet and circle sheet if they didn't turn it in.

Wednesday: Winter Maps Testing for Language Arts.  I met with 3, 4, and 7th periods.  Finish up vocabulary and watch video on motion/speed and Bingo game on vocab words.

Thursday:  Movie clip (Car chase scene) - Do 5 notes on motion and speed.

Friday:  Domino activity to measure speed.

Tuesday:  Stations Rotation in class.

Wednesday:  Quiz over chapters 22 and 23 vocab.  Diagram of Ear Worksheet with word search.

Thursday:  Group Work - Research and Present info about sound.

Friday:  Vocab quiz re-take.  Design clay whistles. 
(Veteran's Day Program at 10am).  Report Cards go home for 2nd 6-week term.  My homeroom students need to get it signed and turned back into me!
